If you are interested in opening an account with us, we ask you to email or fax us the following information and a member of our customer service department will call you and help you open your account. Once your account is established, you will receive the standard industry discount from the suggested retail prices.

To open an account, we require:
• A net minimum order $50.00 wholesale within USA and Canada (for posters only)
• 3 Trade References
• Your Resale Certificate Number
• Payment Option

All first time orders will have to be pre-paid by Credit Card, Money Order or Wire Transfer as methods of payment until open account terms have been established. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We accept business checks also. All orders will be shipped after the clearance of the checks. CREDIT CUSTOMERS                                                                   Credit Application Form

• New Accounts: All orders will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis unless a credit application has been submitted and approved prior to shipping order. Terms will not be extended until $2000.00 net in purchase has been made and successfully paid in full by credit card or by other approved methods of payments as mentioned in the Trade Policy. All transactions with an authorized signature will be kept in file.
• Credit Application: Credit application is available for orders over $500.00 net. Orders under $500.00 net always have terms of PAYMENT IN FULL due before the order ships. For all Accounts the minimum-purchasing requirement for the Credit Application will apply. WEB PROVIDER AGREEMENT                                                     Web Provider Agreement Form

If you are a retailer, you have your own website, and you wish to post Yajnavalka imagery on your site, you are eligible to become a Web Provider. Get access to web-ready files of Yajnavalka’s entire line of large and small prints along with information such as image and paper sizes, stock codes, and suggested retail prices. All you have to do is download and fill out the Web Agreement Form above and fax it to 713-527-0816 or call 1-866-YAJNAVALKA (1-866-925-6282). Once the signed agreement is received, we will forward you instructions for downloading our images.

Make sure to include all the necessary information including company name, what the image will be used for, and file size needed.
