Yajnavalka is an international fine art publishing company that sells wholesale posters and prints to the art trade only. These are our policies and guidelines for posters and open edition prints only. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
MINIMUM ORDERS
• $50.00 net minimum to the trade (for posters).
• $100.00 net minimum on export orders (for posters).
• $5.00 service charge will be added below net minimum order.
Resale Certificate, Sales Permit, or Business Authorization Certificate must be submitted
with first order.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Volume discounts and custom sizes are available on specific quantity orders. Please contact us for a quote at 866-Yajnavalka (866-925-6282).
PAYMENTS
Payment Options
• All payments must be made in US Dollars.
• Business Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfer are accepted. Sender must pay for all
costs of Wire Transfers of funds, and for any costs of currency conversion.
• Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Discover are accepted as Credit Cards.
• Net 30 (after credit approval)
• UPS does not accept cash for COD shipments. Orders of $500 net or more may require a
certified check or money order for payment. For COD there is additional $10.50 per order.
• We do not accept COD's on export orders. We request a wire transfer.
Returned Company Checks
• A $25.00 service charge will be levied on any account for a returned check. No orders will
be shipped till the checks are cleared. For Credited Customers all shipments will be
withheld until the account is made current. The account may automatically revert to COD or
cashier’s check.
DAMAGES AND REPLACEMENT
We will be happy to replace defective or incorrect posters if:
• The package arrives damaged please refuse the order and notify us immediately.
• You accept a damaged package in error, save the package, its contents and all packing
material, and contact us immediately.
• All claims for damages or errors must be reported to us within five days of receipt
of the order.
We are not responsible for any replacement of defective or incorrect posters once they have been mounted and/or framed. Returns are not accepted without a proper authorization number. All returns are subject to a standard 5% restocking fee plus the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Additional surcharges apply if sent to a residential address.
CREDIT CUSTOMERS
• New Accounts: All orders will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis unless a credit
application has been submitted and approved prior to shipping order. Terms will not be
extended until $2,000.00 net in purchase has been made and successfully paid in full by
credit card or by other approved methods of payments as mentioned in the Trade Policy.
All transactions with an authorized signature will be kept in file.
• Credit Application: Credit application is available for orders over $500.00 net. Orders under
$500.00 net always have terms of PAYMENT IN FULL due before the order ships. For all
Accounts the minimum-purchasing requirement for the Credit Application will apply.

Yajnavalka would like to thank you for your business. Throughout our business relationship it may be necessary to know personal information about you, and we want you to be aware of our commitment to protecting the personal information you provide to us in the course of business.
Yajnavalka does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer client information outside the company that customers voluntarily provide in any registration process. We do not share client information with any outside organizations.
We strive to safeguard and protect your confidential information. Access to this information is limited. The information is to use for the intended purpose only.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Yajnavalka reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Bulk and Export orders are shipped by customer's choice of common carrier.
Shipping prices are following:
$14.95 per tube (10 prints maximum) in UPS Ground
Oversize tubes will be charged an additional $5.00 fee. International Shipments are $5.00 per tube plus actual shipping charges.
UPS Three Day: $25.00
UPS Two Day: $35.00
UPS Next Day: $50.00
Orders received by 12 Noon Central Standard Time are shipped same-day. U.S. orders are shipped in tubes via UPS Ground unless otherwise agreed in advance of order. Canadian orders are shipped in tubes via UPS International Economy or customer’s choice of common carrier. Orders shipped C.O.D. will reflect an additional charge based on current courier rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international orders are shipped freight collect via UPS International Economy unless otherwise specified in advance. Shipments to Freight Forwarders in the Continental U.S. are available via standard UPS Ground Services. All international orders must be prepaid via Credit Card or bank wire transfer in U.S. funds until an open account has been established.
REFUSED ORDERS
Returned orders without justification will accumulate an additional freight and handling charge for reshipping or restocking. Prepayment of order will be required for any reshipment as well.
BACKORDERS
Out of stock items will be backordered unless notified by the customer.
COLOR AND SIZE DISCLAIMER
Great efforts have been made to represent colors and sizes in the catalogue and online as accurately as possible; however, color or size variances may occur. We do not take returns because of color or size variance, or if your customer cancels the order. We recommend that never precut frames, mats or glass based on the dimensions printed in the catalogue.
